Last week we made our own Edible Christmas Trees. The kids had a great time doing it and an even better time eating them! I got the idea from this blog that I enjoy reading and we ran with it! We also made some very yummy Christmas cookies, which will unfortunately not be shared with anyone since we have all been battling a virus around here:( Jay even ended up at the doc this week and was diagnosed with walking pneumonia:( So, with all the finger lickin' and dough handling, we thought we had better keep this batch of homemade goodness to ourselves!
FYI - the Christmas trees are made of sugar cones and frosting with green food coloring and whatever sprinkles, stars, and pretties that you can get at Christmastime!

Heather is sick and feeling pretty crummy too. Hope you all feel better soon.
I'll be praying for you all- especially Jason. Never fun this time of year! I love the tree idea- I might have to do that over break with the girls.
