Our Little Helper

I cannot believe the amount of things little ones learn in such a small span of time!!!! Zaria is at the age (16 months) where she understands nearly everything that is said to her and she can follow simple instructions. (i.e. can you go find your baby?, or can you go look for your sippy cup?) One thing that she has picked up recently is that she found the trash and can throw things away and she thinks that she is such a big girl! The big door to the trashcan is baby locked because there is chemicals behind it, but we have a little door that looks like a drawer above the big trashcan door and it opens, so our "little helper" has thrown MANY things away! I have found books, diaper rash cream, toys and now I haven't been able to find one of her sippy cups in a few days I think she must have "helped" it into the trashcan!!! It is so cute and she thinks that she is such a helper, but at this age has no idea how to tell the difference between real trash and things we need.
