Gotcha Day!

It was exactly 2 years ago today that we arrived in Haiti to bring home 2 very special little girls. I was just telling Jay, that it seemed like I just wrote the blog entry for Rosie and Naomi's first anniversary of being home! I just can't believe that it has been 2 years already. There have been highs and lows as we have gone through the last couple of years, but one of the things that struck me when I was thinking back, is how quickly the time has gone by. When they came home, Rosemy was 4 1/2 years old, now she will be seven this year! Naomi was 21 months old, now she will be 4 in a couple of months!!

I feel so blessed with this wonderful family God has given to me. I have been able to watch and be a part of the amazing process as God has knit us together as one unit. When I watch the kids all play together, and interact day to day, it is so wonderful to see that to each person in our family, that though our family may not look like your traditional family, it is exactly the way that God had planned it to be and he has knit our family together in a way that only He can. Rosie and Naomi, we are so blessed to have you in our family, and we look forward to reminiscing over many more "Gotcha Days" to come! To God be the glory!
