Weekend at the Lodge

Not much time to blog right now, but I since some of you already know about our weekend I will quickly update. We took the kids to Great Wolf Lodge for their Christmas present this year. We were having a wonderful time. All the kids were doing great, this was Ruby and Naomi's first time being there and they LOVED it. We spent the afternoon swimming and went up for supper for about an hour and came back down for more swimming. Well about 20 or so minutes into swimming and I turn around and there was lifeguards working on a little boy and I looked closer and I realized that it was Dillon. He and Adam had been screwing around by the kiddie pool and Dillon ended up hitting his head on a metal bolt and cutting his head open by his eyebrow. Thank the Lord that Mark and Cheri were there as well and they quickly came down and got the rest of our kids and we took Dillon to the ER and got him stitched up. He also was sick for the rest of the night and next day, but seems to be better now. He will get his stitches out on Friday and will be good as new. Thank you to all of you who knew about this for praying for Dillon!
