The other night I was watching a show about a family with a lot of kids. (You may have heard of it, it is called Jon and Kate plus 8.) Anyway, they had a guest come on and talk about alot of organic stuff, but one thing that really got me to thinking was when she was talking about cleaning products. They have so many chemicals that are bad for you and your family to breathe in and there are some really cheap and easy and
harmless alternatives to use that work just as well. Like baking soda on a damp cloth can be your bathroom sink, tub and counter cleaner. Vinegar mixed in equal part with water can be a great window cleaner. I have used both of these and they really do work well. If anyone has any other "organic" tips I would love to hear them! For more tips you can also check out this website that I found.

Great ideas! I put some more ideas on my blog that I received in an e-mail one time. Check them out and see if you could use any of them. :)
I've used vinegar but will have to try the baking soda! Thanks for the tip.
