
This week I started walking with a friend that lives near me. I have never really had too much of a hard time waking up early, so we decided to meet between our houses at 5:15am. I have to say, when the alarm goes off just before 5am, I am like "holy smokes I don't want to roll out of bed -wahhhh." But, once I am up and dressed, I can't wait to get out and start walking!! It feels so good to do this. I LOVE IT! It starts my whole day on a great note. I can come home and the house is so quiet and I can have my time to read my Bible (without any interruptions;). I am just loving this - it is so worth waking up early. It also made me realize just how out of shape I am. Yesterday was day 2 of walking and I almost didn't make it the whole time. My legs were killing me and the muscles by my bottom felt like charlie horse's the whole time we were walking. I think that after a few days my body will get used it and not hurt so much anymore - I hope so anyway.
