This weekend was absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! We (all except Jay who was sick) played outside most of the weekend. The kids actually got to wear shorts and sandals and just enjoy the warmth of the day. Adam and Dill were playing with neighborhood kids riding bikes, dirtbikes, catching fish and toads and just having fun being boys. Rosie and Ruby and Naomi played sidewalk chalk, rode bikes and pushed babies in their little strollers. It is so nice now that Naomi is almost 3, so I don't have to jump up every other second because she is tottering too close to the road. She just knows that she can't go by the road, so she doesn't. I am sooooo looking forward to a fun summer with the family!!!
Sidenote 1: Adam even asked if he could run through the sprinkler yesterday, I had to draw the line there.. What a mean mom :(
Sidenote 2: It almost killed Jay that he was sick and couldn't ride his precious motorcycle on such a beautiful day :)
